Changes:
- Added ‘Time Up’ mode after 10 minutes on the same level
– Stop is removed from all enemies
– All enemies start to dive
– Stop is 3 times less efficient
- Overhauled Green tower
– More base damage
– Cheaper to upgrade rate (high rates are VERY powerful)
- Reintroduced a small end game score bonus for cash in bank.

I will probably wipe hi-scores from versions prior to v1.5 soon.

Fixes:
- Fixed problems with very high end damage increase (thanks to stefan). Note that Damage upgrade over level 30 (XXXI, XXXII, etc.) is not quite as cost effective as before level 30.
- Couple of tweaks

Note about levels:
Completing level 64 can be considered beating the game on normal.
Completing level 128 can be considered beating the game on (very) hard.
Anything after level 128 is really for bragging rights.
